Lamara forms part of Two Rivers, a historic farmland in the Dwars River Valley gateway into Franschhoek, with its heritage dating back to 1850.
Today it boasts a variety of seasonal crops, including Olives, Lemons, Lavender, Rosemary and Pomegranates.
Just Trees has been supplying Lamara with quality tree specimens since 2018. Among these were Platanus acerifolius (London Plane), Ilex mitis (Cape Holly), Podocarpus falcatus (Outeniqua Yellowwood), Podocarpus latifolius (Real Yellowwood), Liquidamber styraciflua (Sweet Gum), Quercus palustris (Pin Oak), Celtis africana (Stinkwood), Acacia xanthophloea (Fever Tree), Combretum erythrophyllum (River Bushwillow), Acacia karroo (Sweet Thorn), Nuxia floribunda (Forest Elder) as well as Quercus nigra (Water Oak) from 40L to 200L bags.
