King Salman Park, the largest urban park in the world, sits at the heart of Riyadh and offers a wide range of activities, from arts and culture experiences to sports, innovation, and entertainment features. The vast open green spaces make it a desired venue for hosting sports and cultural events, and artistic and recreational activities, while its relaxing environment enables visitors to experience nature.
The Environmental Elements of this project will include green areas and open spaces covering over 9.3 million square meters and featuring an Islamic style garden, vertical gardens, a maze garden, and bird and butterfly sanctuary covering over 400,000 square meters. It will also include a circular pedestrian walkway extending for 7.2 km, a valley area of over 800,000 square meters and various water features covering over 300,000 square meters in total.
The Park will contribute significantly to increasing the vegetation in the region and raising the rate of per capita green spaces, which will have a direct and positive impact on the quality of the environment and the climate.

During 2023-2025, Just Trees sent 7000 trees, including Acacia burkei, Acacia galpinii, Acacia sieberiana var. woodii, Acacia karroo, Acacia nilotica & Acacia xanthophloea, ranging in size from 40L to 1000L bags, to Saudi Arabia..

We are very happy to see that the trees arrived safely and in mint condition. They are being cared for at a holding nursery operated by Nesma Inustries' Landscape Division until they are needed on site. This project is an extraordinary work in progress so watch this space to see how it develops.
