This new property development in Cape Town, South Africa offers 3150 residential luxury apartments, turn-key village homes and country homes complete with an exclusive Curro School and shopping centre a short distance away. A residential opportunity where technology works in perfect partnership with nature, allowing residents to experience the true meaning of intelligent and connected living.

Just Trees is proud to be involved with this wonderful project.

The main boulevards will have 8 rows of trees.
Once established, these trees will become one of the main features of SITARI.

Lime, lemon, peach, olive, fig, apple and pomegranate trees are specifically grown for these projects.

All these trees at this point are hand watered with water carts. A large irrigation dam is currently being constructed on site to assist with the watering of the trees.
